SECTION 41.311. Employer Support Services and Support Consultation Services

Latest version.

If requested, a CDSA must assist an employer or DR to plan, budget, and purchase allowable employer support services and goods for:
(1) employer-related activities;
(2) employment-related activities; and
(3) support consultation.
