SECTION 3.4105. Disciplinary Measures

The Texas Department of Insurance may at any time revoke the exemption specified in this subchapter on the grounds that a company:
(1) has not complied with this subchapter; or (2) by failing to abide by other applicable law is found to be unworthy of the exemption. The department may, after hearing, revoke that company's right to future exemptions under this subchapter and may also administer any sanction provided by law.
