SECTION 3.4104. Duration of Exemptions

Contracts submitted in accordance with §3.4103 of this title (relating to Obtaining Exemption) will be reviewed in the normal course. The duration of the period of an exemption provided for in these sections, unless otherwise determined on either an individual or class basis by the board, expires on the later of the following:
(1) 45 days from the date coverage becomes effective; (2) 45 days from the date the parties reached an agreement on the insurance coverage; or (3) 20 days after the form is either approved or disapproved.
