SECTION 745.8657. Whom may Licensing inform when attempting to deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew my permit?

(a) The fact that we are attempting to deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew your permit is available to the public. (b) We will inform the following that we are attempting to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew your permit: (1) The Texas Workforce Commission Local Workforce Board or the Child and Adult Care Food Program, if you are a child day-care operation participating in that program; (2) The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), if you are a residential child care operation who cares for a child in DFPS conservatorship; or (3) Any other state or federal program or agency, as appropriate. (c) When we inform a program or agency under subsection (b), we will include whether you may care for children pending any due process.
