SECTION 745.8656. Are there any notice requirements when Licensing attempts to take adverse action against my operation?

(a) You must post the notice of the adverse action or a copy in prominent places near each public entrance. You must post this notice as soon as you receive it. (b) You must notify the parents of each child in your care that we are attempting to take adverse action. You must send a copy of the notice of the adverse action from us to the parents within five days of your receipt of the notice. You must send the notice by certified mail and give us a copy of each return receipt (the green card) within five days after the receipt is returned to you. (c) Neither of these notice requirements apply to: (1) A denial; or (2) An adverse amendment. Source Note: The provisions of this §745.8656 adopted to be effective April 25, 2021, 46 TexReg 2437
