SECTION 159.102. Eligibility for Registration; Ownership

(a) If an owner of the applicant has had a license to act as an appraiser denied, revoked, or surrendered, the Board may require the applicant to provide information concerning whether the owner's license was denied, revoked, or surrendered for a nonsubstantive reason as determined by the Board. (b) For purposes of this Chapter, a nonsubstantive reason may include, but is not limited to: (1) mistake; or (2) failure to comply with technical requirements for renewal.
