SECTION 9.18. Reactivation of Accounts


Latest version.
  • (a) Any account that has been suspended may be reactivated within a five-year period if:

    (1) The borrower continues to meet eligibility requirements for service;

    (2) The account will be in good standing upon reactivation; and

    (3) The agency has received an application as required by §9.4 of this chapter (relating to Application for Service).

    (b) An account that has been closed for more than five years cannot be reactivated; the individual must file a new application.
