SECTION 9.17. Transfer of Service

Latest version.

A borrower who has lived or will live outside the State of Texas for six months or longer will no longer be eligible to receive service through the agency and must return all books and magazines. At the borrower's request, the agency will make arrangements to have service transferred to the new state of residence.
