(a) The quarantined pest as defined in §20.10 of this chapter (relating to Quarantined Pest). (b) Cotton harvesting equipment and other equipment associated with the production and transport of cotton, including, but not limited to the following: (1) harvest equipment: (A) cotton pickers; (B) cotton strippers; or (C) other mechanical harvesting equipment; (2) handling and transport equipment: (A) module builders; (B) module hauling equipment; (C) boll buggies; and (D) any other equipment or vehicles associated with cotton harvest; (3) miscellaneous associated equipment: (A) trucks (to include service trucks, parts trucks, and harvesting equipment trucks); (B) flatbed trailers, portable living quarters, and fuel and all other support vehicles; and (C) tractors, shredders, plows, discs, and other equipment associated with stalk destruction activities which have regulated articles present; and (4) vehicles used to remove and/or transport cotton products. (c) Gin equipment previously used for the ginning of cotton. (d) Cotton products as defined in §20.1 of this chapter. (e) Cotton as defined in Texas Agriculture Code, Section 74.002. (f) All other products, articles, or means of conveyance not covered above when the quarantined pest is present.
