The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) Applicant--A farmers market manager or other authorized agent for a specified farmers market association. (2) Certified farmers markets--Farmers markets that have opted to be voluntarily certified by the department pursuant to this subchapter. (3) Farmers market--An association operating one or more locations at which a group of two or more farmers offer produce for retail sale.
