SECTION 15.13. Penalties

Those persons failing to adhere to the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to the appropriate criminal penalty as provided in the Code, §132.081. A violation of this chapter is also subject to an administrative penalty not to exceed $500 per violation. Each day a violation continues may be considered a separate violation for purposes of a penalty assessment. The department may also seek appropriate injunctive relief.
