SECTION 14.24. The Board's Final Determination

(a) All final determinations of the Board shall be in writing and shall set forth findings of fact and conclusions of law as required by the Administrative Procedure Act. (b) Unless otherwise prohibited by statute or by this chapter, all final Board determinations may be signed by the Chairman, on behalf of the Board. In the event that the final decision of the Board is not unanimous, the final determination may indicate that the vote was not unanimous, and may indicate those members dissenting. (c) The Board's final determination shall be issued within 60 days of the closing of the record of the case, unless for good cause, the Board members hearing the case are not able to reconvene to deliberate on a case within the 60 day period after the closing of the record.
