SECTION 12.15. Records

Latest version.

Records or other documents related to the inspection, testing, and calibration of metering devices must be maintained in accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code, and shall be submitted to the department in the manner and time period as specified in a notice provided by a Representative of the Commissioner.
