SECTION 707.577. When must we arrange a release hearing for a designated perpetrator?

We arrange for a release hearing to be conducted when the following two actions have taken place:
(1) We have notified you of our decision to release information as specified in §707.575 of this division (relating to What are the notice requirements for a designated perpetrator when we release information to outside parties?); and (2) you have filed a written appeal of the decision to release within 15 days after receiving notice of that decision to release.
