SECTION 35.122. Guard Company License

Pursuant to the Act, the department has determined an applicant for licensure as a guard company or the prospective company representative of the applicant company must meet the qualifications detailed in this section:
(1) Must be at least twenty one (21) years of age at the time of application; (2) Must have at least three (3) years accumulated employment experience in the field in which the company is licensed; and (3) Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
