SECTION 154.6. Workers' Compensation for Prison Industry Enhancement Certification Programs

All private industries shall provide proof of workers' compensation insurance or its equivalent to the Texas Board of Criminal Justice in the proposal submitted pursuant to 37 Texas Administrative Code §154.7 and at the time of each renewal period.
