(a) The Advisory Committee on Procurement established under Government Code, §2155.080; and the Vendor Advisory Committee established under Government Code, §2155.081 have been automatically abolished by operation of Government Code,§2110.008(b)(2). (b) The comptroller may, from time to time, solicit input related to procurement matters from representatives of vendors or vendor associations, state agencies or state agency committees, customer entities, or other stakeholders, either individually or in groups. An invitation to provide input, individually or as a group, shall not establish an advisory committee within the meaning of Government Code, Chapter 2110.
