SECTION 20.114. Electronic State Business Daily Posting Procedures

(a) Each state agency must comply with the procedures established by the comptroller when posting solicitation notices on the ESBD. The comptroller will provide an ESBD User's Manual online with instructions for posting solicitations and awards on the ESBD.
(b) Information for each solicitation must be entered on the ESBD, using the prescribed electronic format in compliance with §20.214 of this title (relating to Notice and Information Posting Requirement).
