The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(1) District--A soil and water conservation district created under the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201. (2) Eligible Voter--A person or a family farm corporation designated corporate officer as defined in §201.003 Agriculture Code of Texas is eligible to vote in a district election. (3) Executive Director--The Executive Director of the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board. (4) State Board--The Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board created under the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201.
