SECTION 363.13. Preliminary Engineering Feasibility Report

(a) An Applicant shall submit copies of a preliminary engineering feasibility report, signed and sealed by a professional engineer registered in the State of Texas. The report, based on guidelines provided by the executive administrator, shall provide: (1) a description and purpose of the project; (2) the entities to be served and current and future population; (3) the cost of the project; (4) a description of alternatives considered and reasons for the selection of the project proposed; (5) sufficient information to evaluate the engineering feasibility of the project; (6) maps and drawings as necessary to locate and describe the project area; and (7) a general description of the existing system. (b) The executive administrator may request additional information or data as necessary to evaluate the project.
