SECTION 29.63. Preliminary Consistency Review of a Proposed Subdivision Action

(a) Prior to taking final action, a subdivision may request preliminary consistency review for any proposed action listed in §29.60 of this chapter (relating to Subdivision Actions Subject to the Coastal Management Program). (b) A subdivision's request for preliminary consistency review shall be submitted and handled in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 28 of this title (relating to Permitting Assistance and Preliminary Consistency Review).
