SECTION 334.305. Where and How Documents Must Be Filed

(a) Any application for reimbursement or claim for payment filed pursuant to this subchapter, plus any fees and registration information required pursuant to §334.310(a) of this title (relating to Requirements for Eligibility) must be submitted to the agency, at the address specified on the application form. (b) All documents to be filed under this subchapter shall be filed with the agency using one of the following: (1) certified mail, return receipt requested; (2) express mail or other overnight delivery service, return receipt requested; (3) hand delivered to the appropriate offices; or (4) any other method approved by the agency. (c) The date of filing of any document required to be filed with the agency under this subchapter shall be the receipt date stamped on the document by the agency. (d) The date of filing documents with the chief clerk or the commission on protested claims for payment shall be controlled by this subchapter and the procedural rules of the commission.
