SECTION 312.68. Reporting

Latest version.

All facilities regulated under this subchapter shall submit the information required in §312.67(a) of this title (relating to Recordkeeping) to the executive director by September 30th each year (reporting period September 1st of the previous year to August 31st of the current year).
