SECTION 116.1011. Multiple Plant Permit Application

(a) An application for a multiple plant permit (MPP) must include a completed application form. The application form must be signed by an authorized representative of the applicant. The form specifies additional support information which must be provided before the application is deemed complete. In order to be granted an MPP, the owner or operator of the existing facilities shall submit the following information to the executive director: (1) information to demonstrate compliance with applicable conditions of §116.711 of this title (relating to Flexible Permit Application); (2) for permitted facilities, the relevant permit; and (3) relevant information, indicating that the emissions from the facilities will not contravene the intent of the Texas Clean Air Act, including protection of the public's health and physical property. (b) Grandfathered facilities which do not apply for an MPP prior to September 1, 2001 must first obtain a permit under Subchapter B of this chapter (relating to New Source Review Permits) before they are eligible to be included in an MPP.
