SECTION 113.2208. What must I do if I close my commercial and industrial solid waste incineration unit and then restart it?

(a) If you close your commercial and industrial solid waste incineration (CISWI) unit but will restart it prior to the final compliance date in your state plan, you must meet the increments of progress specified in §113.2201 of this title (relating to What are my requirements for meeting increments of progress and achieving final compliance?). (b) If you close your CISWI unit but will restart it after your final compliance date, you must complete emission control retrofits and meet the emission limitations and operating limits on the date your unit restarts operation.
