SECTION 113.2165. Can reporting dates be changed?

Latest version.

(a) If the executive director agrees, you may change the semiannual or annual reporting dates.
(b) See 40 Code of Federal Regulations §60.19(c) for procedures to seek approval to change your reporting date.
