SECTION 5.7010. Endorsement Forms

Except for the requirements in §5.7012 of this title (relating to Reason for Declination, Cancellation, or Nonrenewal) and the definition of "governmental unit" in §5.7001(a)(4) of this title (relating to Applicability), endorsement forms setting forth the provisions of this subchapter will be prescribed or approved by the State Board of Insurance for all general liability, automobile, homeowners, and farm and ranch owners policies, standard fire policies insuring one family dwellings or duplexes or contents of either, and property policies insuring governmental units.
