SECTION 25.30. Renewal

Each licensee shall file a renewal application, FORM PF1C, with the Department. The renewal form must be postmarked on or before December 31st and shall be accompanied by the following as applicable:
(1) $200 renewal fee; (2) Current Franchise Tax Certificate of Good Standing or letter of exemption issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Source Note: The provisions of this §25.30 adopted to be effective May 17, 1995, 20 TexReg 3337.
