SECTION 1.804. Manner of Notice

Notice. Written notice that an application is complete or deficient will be delivered to the applicant by such means as will reasonably provide actual notice, such as through a designated email address provided by the applicant under §1.1302 of this title (relating to Electronic Communications from the Texas Department of Insurance).
