SECTION 749.944. What curriculum components must be included in the annual training for employees on the prevention, recognition, and reporting of child abuse, neglect, and exploitation?

The annual training for the prevention, recognition, and reporting of child abuse, neglect, and exploitation must include the following curriculum components:
(1) The factors indicating a child is at risk for abuse, neglect, or exploitation; (2) The warning signs indicating a child may be a victim of abuse, neglect, or exploitation; (3) The procedures for reporting child abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and (4) A list of community organizations that have training programs available to child-placing agency staff members, children, and parents.
