SECTION 749.3147. What are the requirements for a hot tub?

Latest version.

A hot tub must be:
(1) Enclosed per the requirements in §749.3133 of this title (relating to What are the requirements for a pool at a foster home?); or
(2) Covered with a locking cover when not in use.
