SECTION 749.3145. What are the safety requirements for wading pools?

Latest version.

Wading/splashing pools (less than two feet of water) must be:
(1) Stored out of children's reach, when not in use;
(2) Drained at least daily; and
(3) Stored, so it does not hold water.
