SECTION 749.301. What is a branch office?

(a) A branch office is anywhere the child placement staff and child master records or foster/adoptive home master records are located. (b) You may operate a branch office if you: (1) Maintain compliance with the rules of this chapter; and (2) Are in good standing with us.
