SECTION 745.8969. When does Licensing have good cause for not processing my application within the established time period?

We have good cause for exceeding the timeframes if:
(1) While we are processing your application, we are processing at least 15% more applications than we did during the same quarter of the previous calendar year; (2) Another public or private entity that we rely on to process all or part of the applications causes the delay; (3) You are the subject of a pending investigation; or (4) Any other conditions exist that give us good cause for exceeding the time period.
