SECTION 134.73. Examination Results and Analysis

(a) For each examinee that has completed the examination on the fundamentals of surveying, the examination on the principles and practice of surveying, or the Texas Specific Surveying Examination, the board or NCEES shall provide a numerical score, if applicable, and an indication of whether the person passed or failed the examination. (b) For those exams or exam components with numerical scores, the passing score is 70. (c) In accordance with Texas Occupations Code §1001.273, the board or NCEES will provide a written analysis furnished by the NCEES to anyone who has failed either the examination on the fundamentals of surveying or the examination on the principles and practice of surveying. (d) Once the board or NCEES has provided a written analysis of an examination, no further review or re-grading shall be available for the examination except as provided by NCEES policy and procedures.
