SECTION 4.40. Reporting Responsibilities

(a) Reimbursement of funds will be made in accordance with the terms of the contract. (b) After completion of the project, the awardee will provide the following milestones and updates as required by the contract. (c) Throughout the project period, the awardee must provide copies of all reports required by federal agencies pursuant to the terms of individual federal grants received, within 30 days of their submission to the granting agencies. (d) The awardee must provide all reports to the Commission as required by the terms of the grant contract, including, but not limited to, reports on any performance measures, milestone reports, and project completion reports. (e) Failure to submit reports in a timely and satisfactory manner may result in the withholding of funds due or requested by the awardee. Failure to document post-completion requirements may result in the return of funds to the Commission as set forth in the contract.
