SECTION 376.323. Is coordination with other refugee providers required?

Yes. Contractors must coordinate with state and local service providers, including mutual assistance associations, voluntary resettlement agencies, and other refugee service representatives to ensure that services:
(1) are appropriate to the linguistic and cultural needs of the incoming populations; (2) are coordinated with the longer term resettlement services frequently provided by ethnic community organizations; and (3) do not duplicate services provided under reception and placement services.
