SECTION 376.229. What are the record keeping requirements of the contract?

Contractors must keep all records that are needed for federal and state monitoring of the Refugee Social Services Program. Needed records include:

(1) identification of participants;

(2) statistical and programmatic records on services provided;

(3) eligibility determination materials;

(4) required case file records; and

(5) other records required by 45 CFR §400.25.
