SECTION 354.1733. Regional Healthcare Partnerships (RHPs)

(a) An RHP has geographic boundaries as prescribed by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). (b) An RHP is composed of one anchor and other participants, which may include intergovernmental transfer (IGT) entities, performers, and other regional stakeholders. A single entity may act in multiple roles. (c) An IGT entity may participate in more than one RHP contingent upon HHSC approval. (d) A performer may only participate in the RHP plan update for the RHP in which it is physically located. If a performer has physical locations in more than one RHP, the performer may be assigned to a single "home" RHP of its choosing and participate only in the RHP plan update for its "home" RHP.
