SECTION 212.23. Instructions for Requests

Latest version.

The department shall make available on the department's website:
(1) instructions for a state agency submission of a written request for an exemption;
(2) procedures for evaluating a state agency's written request for an exemption; and
(3) any requirements related to a blanket exemption granted by the department.
