(b) Commission employees must present a valid Texas driver's license each time a pooled vehicle is checked out. (c) Pooled vehicle assignments will be made by designated Commission personnel to ensure that all Commission vehicles are used and rotated to balance mileage and time usage among all pooled vehicles. (d) Pooled vehicles assigned on a regular or daily basis to individual administrative or executive employees, require written documentation that the assignment is critical to the Commission's needs and mission of the agency. Documentation for all assigned Commission vehicles will be kept on file with designated Commission personnel.
