SECTION 5.9. Institutional Input Measures in the Texas Higher Education Accountability System

(a) General academic institutions that are agencies of the state and public health-related institutions must provide to the Coordinating Board, on a yearly basis, information for all of the applicable institutional input measures identified as of January 1, 2013, in the Texas Higher Education Accountability System unless otherwise directed by the Coordinating Board. (b) General academic institutions that are agencies of the state and public health-related institutions must provide to the Coordinating Board, on a yearly basis, any institutional input measures for the Texas Higher Education Accountability System not covered by subsection (a) of this section on the condition that the specific nature of the additional information is agreed upon through the consensus of the members of the applicable Accountability peer group.
