SECTION 22.575. Scholarship Application Process

(a) Eligible institutions shall: (1) make the program application form accessible to all eligible students in paper or through electronic access; (2) collect applications from eligible students; (3) verify student eligibility; and (4) use the T-STEM scholarships to augment, not replace, other gift aid. (b) The value of awards made for a given year by an eligible institution may not exceed the funds allocated to the institution for that year by the Coordinating Board, unless such funds are from local sources.
