SECTION 157.1050. Service of Documents on Other Parties

Latest version.

Unless otherwise provided by law, every pleading, plea, or motion filed with the agency's division responsible for hearings and appeals shall be served on all parties or party representatives by the same method as the document was filed with the agency, except that electronic service and service by facsimile may be substituted for personal service.
