SECTION 9.113. Installation and Maintenance

In addition to NFPA 58 §6.21.1, all LP-gas storage containers, valves, dispensers, accessories, piping, transfer equipment, gas utilization equipment, and appliances shall be installed and maintained in safe working order and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the rules in this chapter. If any one of the LP-gas storage containers, valves, dispensers, accessories, piping, transfer equipment, gas utilization equipment, and appliances is not in safe working order, AFS may require that the installation be immediately removed from LP-gas service and not be operated until the necessary repairs have been made.
