SECTION 90.44. Additional Course Requirements for the Alcohol Education Program for Minors

(a) In addition to the requirements under §90.42, each Alcohol Education Program for Minors program provider must: (1) provide a minimum of six hours of class instruction per course; (2) conduct class modules which are not longer than three hours in length; (3) conduct no more than one class module per day; and (4) conduct courses and each class with no more than 30 participants and with no fewer than three participants (not including parents and guardians). (b) The provider must administer and evaluate pre-course and post-course test instruments for each participant.
