SECTION 83.31. Licenses--License Terms

(a) The following licenses have a term of two (2) years:
(1) practitioner licenses; and
(2) establishment licenses.
(b) School licenses have a term of one (1) year.
(c) A student permit issued under this chapter does not expire.
