SECTION 60.311. Appeal of Final Order

(a) An appeal of a final decision or order in a contested case shall be filed and handled in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001, Subchapter G. (b) A party who appeals a final decision or order in a contested case must pay all costs for the preparation of the original or a certified copy of the record of the agency proceeding that is required to be transmitted to the reviewing court.
