SECTION 323.201. Reporting of Criminal Activity and Convictions

Latest version.

(a) A licensee, a Commission employee, or an applicant for a license from the Commission shall report any conviction of a felony or misdemeanor, other than a misdemeanor under Transportation Code, Title 7, Vehicles and Traffic, or a similar misdemeanor traffic offense.
(b) A licensee, a Commission employee, or an applicant for a license from the Commission shall promptly report to the Commission any criminal activity observed relating to racing or pari-mutuel wagering.
