SECTION 311.204. Bribes Prohibited

(a) A person may not: (1) directly or indirectly offer or give a bribe to another person to violate the Act or a Rule; or (2) solicit or accept a bribe from another person to violate the Act or a Rule. (b) A licensee may not offer, give, solicit, or accept a bribe to (1) not enter a race animal in a race; (2) provide false information in order to have a race animal scratched from a race; or (3) withdraw a race animal from a race. (c) A person may not offer, give, solicit, or accept a bribe to purchase or cash a mutuel ticket for another person. (d) A licensee shall notify the Commission immediately if the licensee knows that a person has violated this section.
